Logi Smart LLC provides professional truck dispatching services, including load booking, rate negotiation, and communication with brokers on behalf of the carrier.
We operate strictly as an independent dispatcher and are not a carrier, broker, or shipper. All transportation services and liabilities are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Our service fee ranges from 5% to 10% per load, as agreed upon. Payments must be made promptly once the carrier receives payment from the broker or shipper.
Carriers have full authority to accept or reject any load. We maintain a strict no forced dispatch policy.
Logi Smart LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or payment issues related to freight, vehicles, or brokers.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with prior notice.
